Quicksilver Cruises:
For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.
Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:
100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
Jungle Adventures:
Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure.
10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent.
Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.
Kuranda Scenic Railway:
Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.
GBR Helicopters:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs)
Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.
Australian Wine Tour Company:
Cancellation fees apply to all bookings as follows:
Between 7 and 14 days before tour date : 25% fee.
Between 2 and 6 days before tour date : 50% fee.
There will be no refund if a passenger seeks to cancel a booking within 48 hours of a tour date.
Australian Wine Tour Company will consider a request that a booking be transferred to a later tour date rather than being cancelled, but it may refuse such a request at its discretion.
Jump Tours:
Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure:
30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price
13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price
Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
